4.1 30-Day Return Period We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
4.2 Eligibility Requirements
- Clothing/Shoes: Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Jewelry/Watches: Must be in original, pristine condition with no scratches and in original protective packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, intimate apparel, or personalized jewelry.
4.3 Return Shipping The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For high-value items over $100 (such as Watches), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4.4 Refund Approval Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
